Life happens and we get it! However, in order to provide top tier service to all of our clients, we do have a few fine print items of which you should be aware.

Meet and Greet
Initial Meet and Greet of a pet sitter is free. If you need your sitter to come back or pick up keys or return keys there will be a charge of $20.

Holiday Fee
A holiday surcharge will apply for visits made on the following holidays: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Days around major holidays will add a surcharge of $10 per visit. These days will vary from year to year but generally include the heavy travel weekends and days surrounding a major holiday.

Cancellation Fee
For walks (and basic services not including overnights)- Cancellations made before 8pm the previous day there is no charge. Cancellations between 8pm and up through 3hrs before your walk, we will charge 50% of the service’ cost. Cancellations between 3hrs and up through our arrival will incur a 100% cost of the service.

Overnight Cancellations
For overnights and other long-term visits- Cancellations made up until 48hrs before the start of service are no charge. Cancellations made within 48hrs of any service booked for up to 3 days will incur a 50% charge and for services booked for 4 days or more will incur a 25% charge.

Holiday Cancellation
All holiday reservations require a 7-day notice for changes and cancellations or client will be charged for the services reserved. No credits will be given for early returns during holiday periods. All holiday visits must be prepaid during Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s and cancellations are non-refundable.
